Job Description

A well-established Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Worcestershire is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team.

This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a structured, collaborative environment and takes pride in providing high-quality administrative support within financial services.

The Role

You will be a key part of the support function, working closely with advisers and paraplanners to ensure the smooth running of the financial planning process from initial enquiry through to policy implementation and review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing new business and policy applications across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Liaising with providers, clients, and third parties
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating back-office systems
  • Preparing client meeting packs and documentation
  • Supporting advisers with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensuring all work meets FCA and compliance standards

About You

  • Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with clients and providers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Knowledge of back-office systems is advantageous
