Job Description
Our client, a well-established London law firm based near Fleet Street, is currently seeking an experienced Revenue Controller to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role offering hybrid working, and the firm will also consider candidates seeking a four-day week.

Core duties will include: - Managing all revenue and credit control activities for an allocated portfolio of partners and fee earners
- Proactively chasing UK and international debt via telephone and email
- Monitoring WIP and aged debt, producing regular reports
- Ensuring all client correspondence is accurately recorded on the system and follow-ups are diarised
- Allocating fees and receipts accurately
- Investigating and resolving billing and payment queries promptly
- Attending meetings with partners, department heads, and the Revenue Manager to discuss aged debt and ongoing issues
- Building strong working relationships with fee earners, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Preparing ad hoc management reports using Excel
The successful candidate will have: - Proven experience working as a Revenue Controller within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- A proactive and commercial approach to revenue and credit control
