FINANCE MANAGER

£50,000p/a - £60,000p/a

Fully Remote!!

Our client is a fast growing e-commerce business who are looking to bring their finance function in-house.

The right person will have experience of working in a sole charge role, with an retail e-commerce background.

• Accounting - managing sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, completing bank and company card reconciliations and overseeing QuickBooks
• Preparing VAT returns
• Planning & Analysis - preparing Agency forecasts and management reports
• Commercial finance - preparing client level financial analysis including profitability reporting, staffing and resource allocation
• Business partnering with the Account Management, Production and Media teams to include development of sales forecasts, staff utilisation rates, production profitability and media budget reconciliations
• Helping to implement continuous improvement to our financial processes and controls to keep pace with business growth
• Using Quickbooks – highlight and recommend other packages in the future which could accommodate future growth.

The ideal candidate will be part qualified/Finalist or QBE accountant with approx. 7-8 years experience.
