CREDIT RISK ANALYTICS MANAGER

Harnham are working with a fast-growing SME lending fintech that's at a really exciting stage of its journey. They've got strong backing, a proven product in market, and now they're looking to bring in a Credit Risk Manager to take real ownership of credit strategy and scorecard model development.

THE ROLE

You'll sit at the heart of the business, owning credit performance end-to-end across SME lending products. The focus is on developing and optimising scorecards, translating data into commercial credit strategy, and partnering closely with Product, Data Science, and Leadership.

• Owning and evolving credit risk strategy across the SME portfolio
• Designing, developing, and improving application and behavioural scorecards
• Using internal and external data to drive smarter lending decisions
• Balancing growth, risk, and profitability in a fast-moving fintech environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid understanding of credit strategy, policy, and decisioning frameworks
• Experience working with SQL and Python
