BD Manager - Global Funds in London - Norfolk Capsey

A leading global law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its Global Funds & Investment Management practice within the Corporate group in the UK.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role working closely with partners and senior stakeholders across a broad range of asset classes, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit, venture capital and secondaries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and delivering BD and marketing strategies aligned to firmwide objectives
• Leading and contributing to pitches, capability statements and panel opportunities
• Identifying market trends and growth opportunities across funds and investment management
• Managing client and target lists and developing tailored client initiatives
• Supporting profile-raising activity, including events, thought leadership and directory submissions
• Collaborating with global BD colleagues on strategic projects

About you:

• Strong business development experience within professional services (law firm preferred)
• Commercially astute with a strong interest in funds and investment management
• Confident working with senior partners and stakeholders
• Highly organised, collaborative and detail-focused
