Job SummaryMy Client is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Accounts Manager to take ownership of the firm’s financial processes and systems. This is a vital role at the heart of the organisation, offering a mix of autonomy and collaboration in a supportive, office-based setting.
Your RoleAs Accounts Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliant accounting and invoicing procedures in accordance with internal policies and the Solicitors Accounts Rules. You’ll oversee client and office ledgers, manage credit control, produce monthly and management accounts reports, and coordinate VAT returns and outsourced payroll. The role also involves liaising with auditors and providing occasional office management support. You’ll play an important role in maintaining the firm’s financial integrity while supporting the wider business.
