Working closely with senior HR team members, the HR Coordinator will play a key role in delivering efficient and professional HR support across the business. The role covers a wide range of HR activities, from onboarding and payroll administration to policy management, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and leavers.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy across the organisation.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, including pensions, healthcare, and wellbeing programmes.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
- Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
- Generate reports, track probation reviews, and monitor key HR metrics.
- Provide general HR and administrative support, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and policy updates.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Previous experience in an HR administration or coordination role, ideally within professional services.
- A solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a positive, professional attitude.
- Confidence with HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
