Full-Time | Permanent | £30,067 per annum
Based ideally in Reading/Bracknell | Travel across South-East England

You'll be the go-to person for store support across the region, stepping in to lead teams, boost sales, and ensure operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting stores across the South-East, including Reading, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Guildford, Bristol, and Kingston
Acting as a keyholder and opening/closing stores when needed
Driving sales and marketing initiatives, including local outreach and promotions
Preparing and presenting quotations with guidance from the Regional Manager
Ensuring stores meet revenue targets and maintain high compliance standards
Upholding financial controls and administrative procedures
Collaborating closely with the Regional Manager and wider team
