A prestigious London chambers is seeking an Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of its buildings, services and daily operations.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm with occasional Saturdays you will need to be flexible.
You will take a proactive and discreet approach while building strong working relationships with barristers, clerks and external contractors. The role involves carrying out health and safety checks, building inspections, overseeing PAT testing, logging repairs and maintenance, sourcing supplies and ensuring all facilities operate efficiently.
You will also support the Chambers Administrator and CEO on operational projects, including insurance renewals, compliance returns and general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, a polished and professional manner, and experience in facilities, operations and office administration. This is a hands on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced everchanging legal environment and can act as a reliable point of contact for all facilities related matters.
