Location: London (Hybrid - 50% office-based)
Contract: Permanent

• Be part of a global Knowledge Management team delivering high-quality legal and professional support services.

• Support Knowledge Lawyers with document preparation, conversions, and maintaining know-how libraries.
• Conduct legal research using internal and subscribed resources.
• Update practice notes, guides, and precedents across multiple practice areas.
• Manage databases and apply accurate metadata.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or similar.
• Strong technical skills and confidence with multiple systems/software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
