This is a permanent, full-time role based in London, located in a prime West London location with excellent transport connections, offering stability, progression, and a supportive working environment. The position is mostly office-based, with one day working from home available after probation. The role offers a salary of £35,000–£38,000 per annum, alongside an excellent benefits package. This includes 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, a generous contributory pension, private healthcare, a travel loan, and a cycle-to-work scheme. Lettings Coordinator – Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle lettings enquiries from prospective and existing tenants in a professional manner

  • Prepare new residential properties for marketing and maintain accurate internal records
  • Manage residential tenancy administration and data input with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain and update key and security systems
  • Support senior colleagues with compliance-related and wider administrative tasks
Lettings Coordinator – Key Skills:
  • Experience within residential lettings or a senior administrative, PA, or coordinator role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, with good numeracy and accuracy
