Location: Wimbledon (Hybrid - 2 days WFH)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Monthly Bonus (post-probation)

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with two top-performing consultants, you will:

  • Source and engage high-quality candidates
  • Deliver exceptional administrative support
  • Build strong candidate relationships
  • Provide a first-class candidate experience
  • Keep operations running seamlessly behind the scenes

This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone proactive, organised, and people-oriented with a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attract, register, and resource top-tier candidates
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates where appropriate
  • Complete full compliance and right-to-work checks
  • Support consultants with talent sourcing and market research
  • Manage candidate queries and deliver excellent customer service
  • Set up client profiles, credit checks, and billing information
  • Maintain accurate CRM and administrative records
  • Create Canva marketing assets for LinkedIn and email campaigns
