Role Overview

• Hours: 8.45am - 5:30pm
• Location: London Bridge
• Working Model: Fully on-site, Monday - Friday
• Contract: Temporary, 3 months
• Pay: £115-£116 per day

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, offering empathetic and thoughtful support.
• Guiding customers toward the right products and services with clarity and confidence.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Handling customer concerns with sensitivity, escalating cases where appropriate.
• Sharing customer feedback to help enhance services and improve the overall experience.
• Collaborating with colleagues to uphold a high standard of service and contribute to team-wide insights.
