Our client, a reputable membership company based in Wimbledon, is seeking a Membership Administrator on a 3-month temporary basis. This role is being recruited through a third-party agency.

About the role:

• Manage membership records and databases accurately
• Respond to member enquiries via email and phone
• Support membership renewals and communications
• Assist with general administrative duties

Candidate requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous membership or administrative experience advantageous
