Position: Practise Assistant
Location: Marylebone
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

Contract Type: Permanent
Clinic Hours: 8am - 8pm (shift patterns)
Work Environment: Fully office based

What You'll Do:
As a practise Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
• Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Supporting our audiologists with administrative tasks and patient follow-ups
• Ensuring the clinic is clean, organised, and welcoming for all visitors
• Handling phone inquiries and providing information about our services

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus, but not essential
