Our client is seeking an exceptional Legal PA to support leading attorneys within one of the most dynamic, fastest-growing litigation firms in London. �? What the role entails

• Producing, proofreading and formatting high-quality legal documents, correspondence and presentations with absolute accuracy.
• Managing busy attorney calendars, extensive travel schedules, and coordinating meetings, events and client arrangements.
• Running efficient administrative workflows - from time entry and billing coordination to database updates, filing, archiving and confidential records management.
• Acting as a trusted gatekeeper: handling calls, monitoring email as needed, and staying ahead of shifting priorities.
• Providing flexible support across the office - reception cover, hearing prep, BD admin, bundling assistance and occasional evening/weekend work.

�? What they're looking for

• 2+ years' law firm experience (litigation exposure is a bonus).
• Someone tech-confident with strong MS Office and document management skills, and a knack for using technology to work smarter.
• A proactive self-starter with exceptional organisational skills, calm under pressure and able to juggle competing deadlines.
• A clear, tactful communicator who builds trust with partners, colleagues and clients alike.
• Detail-driven, discreet, and committed to delivering consistently excellent work.
