FLOAT TEAM ASSISTANT
A global financial company is currently seeking experienced Team Assistants to work as Floats on a temporary basis for 12 months, with the potential to extend. This is working in an incredibly fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will bring experience supporting teams at a high level.

FLOAT TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Managing a high volume of complex banker calendars
  • Handling a high volume of phone calls, placing, receiving, screening, routing calls, and taking detailed messages
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls, maintaining banker contacts
  • Organising travel, including flights, multi-leg international travel, visas, car transfers, hotel reservations, cash advances, and preparing itineraries
  • Processing travel and entertainment expense reports accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with guidelines
  • Interacting professionally and effectively with colleagues
  • Performing general administrative tasks including copying, archiving, and filing
  • Fostering a team-oriented environment, providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the phone group
  • Undertaking ad-hoc projects and duties as requested
FLOAT TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as an Assistant, preferably within the banking or financial sector
  • Willingness to work 5 days per week in the office
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, via Zoom and by email when liaising with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and priorities, remaining organised and focused under pressure
  • Be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to a high standard, producing accurate and well-presented documents
