A boutique City litigation firm is seeking a Junior Legal PA to support a small group of fee earners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their legal support career who is keen to develop within a high-quality disputes practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Secretarial and administrative support to litigation fee earners

• Document preparation, proofreading and formatting

• Diary management, meetings and travel coordination

• File management, bundling and court preparation support

• Time entry, billing support and database updates

• Professional handling of calls and client communications

About You

• 1-2+ years' experience in a legal support role (litigation preferred)

• Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused

• Strong MS Word and general IT skills

• Keen to progress and take on responsibility
