Your impact: As a Float Legal Secretary, you'll play a vital role in supporting fee earners across a range of administrative and legal tasks. You'll be trusted to manage complex schedules, produce high-quality legal documentation, and maintain seamless communication with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
• Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
• Supporting timekeeping, expense processing and billing activities
• Maintaining client records and CRM systems with accuracy
• Coordinating with internal departments and providing overflow support
• Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of proven and demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary within a top-tier law firm (float experience not required)
• Outstanding organisational and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document systems
• Calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
• A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Professional, reliable and committed to adhering to high standards
