Temporary Legal Secretary - Tax in London - Ryder Reid Legal Ltd

Ryder Reid is currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity!

Our top law firm client is seeking a Temporary Legal Secretary to support their Tax team, with prior law firm experience, to start ASAP. The role is office-based five days a week and offers a competitive salary. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately. This assignment is expected to run for around 1 month with the possibility to extend further, depending on the team's needs.

For this role, you must have strong experience working as a Legal Secretary within a law firm, ideally supporting Tax, Corporate, or Finance teams, and be confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties for this role will include:

• File opening and compliance administration
• General administrative support
• Diary management
• Billing and time recording
• Organising and managing calendars
• Drafting, amending and preparing correspondence and documents
• Arranging travel itineraries and bookings
• Scheduling internal and client meetings
