Job Description
Our client, a highly regarded specialist law firm, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their small and collaborative office support team. This is a varied front-of-house and administrative role offering a high degree of autonomy and exposure to all levels of the firm.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a strong academic background, who is organised, proactive, and confident in a professional client-facing environment.
This is a five-days-a-week, in-office position, with responsibilities alternating weekly between front-of-house and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities - Opening and closing new files and volumes in line with firm procedures
- Providing efficient postal and document handling services, including internal and external mail
- General administrative support including filing, scanning, bundling, and document formatting
- Coordinating travel arrangements, couriers, and transport logistics
- Managing document storage, retrieval, archiving, and shredding
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Ordering and maintaining stationery, reference materials, and office supplies
- Maintaining the firm’s library and intranet
- Supporting ad-hoc projects as required
- Assisting Partners with administrative and occasional personal tasks
- Delivering a consistently high standard of client care to employees, clients, and visitors
