PERSONAL ASSISTANT
A fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support two senior Directors within a major global entertainment and consumer brand. This dynamic role provides high-level administrative and operational support across commercial, sales, and marketing functions. Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, you’ll ensure the smooth running of senior leadership teams, making it ideal for an experienced EA who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and collaboration.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Providing comprehensive executive support to two senior Directors and their wider teams, managing complex diaries, prioritising workload, and coordinating multi-timezone meetings
  • Booking and managing travel and accommodation in line with company policy, submitting expenses, and resolving travel-related issues
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, meeting packs, presentations, and providing ad hoc support such as minute-taking
  • Organising team events, 1:1s, and annual operating planning (AOP) schedules across UK and EMEA to ensure timely briefings and stakeholder engagement
  • Handling correspondence, actioning responses, redirecting items, and tracking follow-ups to reduce administrative pressure on Directors
  • Managing general administrative duties including post, courier services, office supplies, ticketing, access requests, and ad hoc projects
  • Maintaining centralised, efficient information-sharing systems and providing occasional cover for other assistants during absences
  • Operating with integrity, adaptability, and a professional, collaborative approach while building strong working relationships across business functions
  • Driving continuous personal and professional development through training, on-the-job opportunities, and knowledge sharing with the wider team
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Demonstrating strong experience managing complex diaries and providing senior-level administrative support
  • Applying exceptional organisational skills to prioritise competing demands
  • Communicating confidently in a professional, clear and adaptable manner, both written and verbal
  • Using Microsoft Office proficiently, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Supporting fast-paced, creative, media or consumer-facing environments effectively
  • Working comfortably in a fully office-based role
