We are looking for a confident and organised Personal Assistant to provide broad administrative and coordination support within a busy team environment for a top Insurance firm based in the heart of the city. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working proactively, managing multiple tasks, and helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities - Managing diaries, schedules, and general workload support.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and following up on actions.
- Handling a range of administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and travel arrangements.
- Supporting small projects and assisting colleagues when required.
- Taking minutes and maintaining accurate records.
What We're Looking For - Previous experience in a PA or administrative support role within financial services or insurance.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes changing environment.
- Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications.
