Accounts Assistant - Television and Film Production in London - Handle Recruitment

Handle Recruitment is working alongside a leading television company, in recruiting an accounts assistant. The role will sit within a dynamic accounting function and report directly into the Management Accountant and Financial Controller. As well as working on transnational accounting procedures you will also assist closely with various month end duties.

The overall responsibility will be assisting in the smooth running of the Accounts Department, including but not limited to the following tasks:

• Assisting Production Accountants
• Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Bank Rec's
• Company Expenses
• Credit Control duties
• General Bookkeeping

We are looking for someone who is competent, self-motivated & trustworthy and who also has a bright and enthusiastic personality.

The successful candidate will have had practical experience in an accounting function and office environment - Media/Entertainment industry is desirable but not essential. Computer literacy should include an excellent. AAT/ACCA/CIMA Study support is on offer!
