Job Description

Redefine Your Advice Career – Flexibility, Freedom & Financial Planning That Puts Clients First

Independent Financial Adviser | Remote/Hybrid | Salary up to £80,000 (OTE £100k–£120k+)

Tired of box-ticking targets and product-first culture? Ready to work on your terms—without compromising on quality or support?

An award-winning, UK-wide financial planning firm is inviting experienced Independent Financial Advisers to join their growing community. Whether you're looking for more autonomy, a better work-life blend, or a firm that shares your client-first values, this is your opportunity to thrive.

Employed | Remote-First |  High-Quality Client Bank Provided

The Opportunity

Join a modern, planning-led business built around people—not products. You’ll inherit a portfolio of High Net Worth clients to validate your salary and have every tool you need to grow it. With full in-house support, digital infrastructure, and a collaborative ethos, you can focus on what you do best—delivering holistic, impactful advice.

What’s On Offer

£70,000–£80,000 base salary + Car allowance (OTE £100k+, Year 3 £120k+)

  • Inherited client portfolio to get you started
  • Remote-first flexibility, with access to regional hubs if preferred
  • Full paraplanning, administration, and marketing support
  • No product bias – planning-led advice with integrity
  • Modern tech stack: XPlan, secure virtual meetings, paperless processes
  • Structured CPD and mentoring within a knowledge-sharing culture

Your Role

  • Deliver holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients—virtually and in person
  • Translate financial complexity into clear, actionable plans that drive outcomes
  • Expand your client base via referrals, introducers, and business development support
  • Stay on top of regulatory changes, product innovation, and client opportunities

About You

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) and active CF30 status
  • Proven track record of delivering advice in a client-focused, compliant manner
  • Commercially astute with strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Confident using digital tools and hybrid engagement strategies
  • Comfortable working with HNW clients including professionals, business owners, and retirees

Why Advisers Join (and Stay)

  • You’re treated like a professional—not a salesperson
  • You have the freedom to build your business your way
  • You’re supported, not micromanaged
  • You’re part of a team that believes great advice changes lives

Ready to Take Control of Your Career?

Whether you’re employed and looking to level up, or self-employed and craving more support, this is your chance to join a values-driven firm that truly puts advisers and clients first.
