General Operative - Day Shift

Location: Warwick

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:30

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

About the Client
Our client is a well-established manufacturing firm based in Warwick, known for their strong reputation, fantastic working culture, and long-standing presence in the industry. This role will be based within their busy stores area, collaborating with essential operations that keep the wider business running smoothly.

The Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join the team on a full-time day shift. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a friendly, collaborative environment.

Key Duties Include:

• Disassembling equipment safely and efficiently
• Disposing of materials and components in line with company procedures
• Manual handling and lifting items as part of daily tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Supporting the stores team with general operational duties as required

• Someone comfortable with manual lifting
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
