Job Description

You will work full time from their modern offices and will become part of a closeknit and friendly team who have a positive and inclusive working environment!


You must be a highly organised, detail orientated and numerical individual and will provide essential administrative support to their Sales Manager and wider commercial team. You will be responsible for providing an efficient service for customers and internal partners by managing sales operations, compliance, customer service and day to day departmental administration.


Responsibilities:

-Maintain and centralise customer information including the creation of quotes

-Handle administrative tasks that relate to compliance needs, supporting the company’s AML procedures

-Prepare hedging requests and credit line submissions for internal approval

-Produce sales reports and support monthly sales forecasting processes.

-Participate in calls with customers, coordinating and following up actions across Sales and supporting teams

-Support the commercial team with customer settlements and payments

-Support with financial audit preparation and activities


Candidate Attributes:

-Previous office administration experience

-Good level of IT literacy, in particular with Excel, alongside excellent communication skills.

-Ability to provide exceptional customer service at all levels

-Excellent organisation skills

-Numerical mindset

-A good team player with a positive outlook


Salary: Up to £30k per annum + annual bonus

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 4:45pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm (36.75 hours per week), flexibility around start and finish times can be negotiated
