My client a leading manufacturer based in Wolverhampton are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships

My client operating from a purpose built site in Wolverhampton are a market leader in there product offering. They are part of a larger US Group which facilitates a global customer base.

As Customer Service Advisor reporting to the Customer Services Manager you will:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email to a range of key account customers
  • Meet and exceed service targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Offer proactive recommendations to enhance customer experience
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate database records
  • Support general administrative tasks within the team

The most desirable Customer Service Advisor applicant will have:

  • Experience in customer service or account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working to KPIs
  • Familiarity with systems such as SAGE or Salesforce (advantageous)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

£26,000 - £28,000 plus benefits
