Financial Planning Analyst in Kidlington - The Employment Network

A growing organisation in the aviation services sector has created an additional new FP&A Analyst role to strengthen its finance function. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced business and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams.

Your New Role

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Produce monthly management reports with variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analysis
• Partner with budget holders on cost control and profitability
• Support cash flow forecasting, reporting, and audit processes
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A tools and processes

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Part-qualified or QBE accountant
• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement
• SME or mid-sized business experience preferred
• NetSuite experience beneficial
