Employed Financial Adviser | HNW Clients + Quality Leads | £80K Basic + Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of HNW clients (average £500k+ per client)

  • Deliver fully independent, holistic advice across pensions, investments, IHT, protection, and retirement planning

  • Convert warm, qualified leads into long-term client relationships

  • Collaborate with dedicated paraplanners and admin staff to ensure seamless client service and compliance

  • Actively contribute to client retention and business growth

Requirements
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)

  • Experience as a Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager, or IFA

  • Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships, especially within the HNW space

  • High ethical standards and a passion for delivering quality advice

  • Commercially aware and comfortable working within a growth-oriented environment
