Location: Essex

Salary: £30-38,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend site visits and client meetings to support project delivery
  • Produce technical and 3D drawings for planning applications
  • Prepare detailed technical packages for Building Regulations approval
  • Coordinate information with external consultants and stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of multiple projects concurrently
  • Assist with project administration and general studio duties
  • Represent the practice at networking and industry events as required

Candidate Requirements

  • ARB registered
  • Experience working in a UK based practice
  • Full, clean UK driving licence with access to a car
  • Experience working on UK residential projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with familiarity in 3D software such as SketchUp or equivalent
  • Good understanding of the UK planning process
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
