Sales Supervisor- Truro – Plumb & Parts

 As a Sales Supervisor based in Truro you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Driving sales and service on a day to day basis within the branch. 

  • involves achieving operational excellence, maximising sales, minimising costs, and providing outstanding customer service. 

  • You will lead through your team of Sales Advisors, inspiring them to focus on providing exemplary customer service and drive activity within the team to deliver upon all branch KPIs and targets. 

  • You will manage the daytime security of the branch, including operating as a key holder as required.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm or 8am - 5pm along with every other Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon paid as overtime.

 And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

  • Ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.

  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends in KPIs and management accounts to manage and improve performance.

  • Ability to organise and coordinate resources on a day-to-day basis.

  • Experience of managing small teams in a challenging and fast paced environment 

  • Experience of working in a merchanting or retail environment.
