Your Company:A respected and growing law firm located just outside of Leicester is seeking an experienced
Wills, Probate & Trust Solicitor / Legal Executive to join its established Private Client team. Known for delivering tailored, compassionate advice, the firm supports individuals and families through sensitive matters including estate planning, wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include, but are not limited to: - Drafting and advising on wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Managing and progressing probate applications and the administration of estates.
- Providing specialist advice on estate planning, inheritance tax implications, and trust structures.
- Handling matters with professionalism and sensitivity in line with client needs and circumstances.
- Liaising with key stakeholders including clients, beneficiaries, financial advisers, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant legal requirements.
- Keeping up to date with current legislation, best practice, and regulatory guidance within Private Client law.
- Building long-term client relationships to support repeat instructions and referrals.
- Supporting the wider Private Client team with additional responsibilities as required.
What You Will Need to ApplyPlease apply only if you meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in Wills, Probate and Trust / Private Client work.
- Strong technical knowledge across core Private Client matters.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A professional, empathetic approach with a strong commitment to client service.
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal colleagues.

The successful candidate will receive a starting salary of up to
