Are you a motivated and solutions-focused Paraplanner looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking Financial Planning firm? Our client is a highly regarded practice with a modern, welcoming culture, and due to continued growth they are looking to add a technically strong Paraplanner to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a Managing Director and a team of Financial Planners, delivering high-quality technical support while developing your skills and progressing your career.

Diploma-qualified candidates without direct Paraplanning experience will also be considered.

What You'll Be Doing

" Preparing detailed, bespoke Suitability Reports

" Providing high-level technical research and supporting documentation

" Submitting new business and managing transactions

" Engaging with clients via phone, email, and written communication

" Reviewing KYC information to identify suitable advice outcomes

" Gathering detailed financial information for client plans

" Ensuring full compliance and accurate risk profiling

" Preparing and updating cashflow models for review meetings

" Building strong client relationships and attending meetings with Advisers when needed

What We're Looking For

" Proven Paraplanning experience (IFA environment desirable)

" Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes

" Diploma qualified or working towards Level 4

" Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

" Strong Microsoft Office and Excel abilities

" Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to delivering first-class service
