Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join a market-leading Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Leicester, specialising in a wide range of services from investment advice to retirement planning.
As a Technical Administrator you will manage all aspects of financial services administration, including processing Letters of Authority (LOA), preparing client documentation, and liaising with providers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle new business applications and liaise with providers to ensure timely completion
- Prepare client appointment packs and manage adviser diaries
- Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards
- Gather data for cash flow modelling and portfolio analysis

Skills and experience required:
- A minimum of two years’ experience working as an IFA Administrator within a Wealth Management or IFA firm, supporting one to two advisors
- Experience with basic suitability report writing is preferred
- Exposure to the Curo platform is advantageous
