The important work you will be doing?

• Act as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders in employment tax matters
• Develop strong relationships within the business to heighten awareness of tax reward services

• Engage in mentorship by training junior team members, enhancing team capabilities

The skills and experience you will bring?

• Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ATT or CTA. Qualified by experience will also be considered with substantial experience.
• Exhibit robust technical knowledge in various facets of employment tax advisory
• Proven ability to establish and sustain productive relationships within and outside the organisation
• Experience in managing long-term client projects and ensuring consistent client satisfaction
• Possess excellent presentation and communication skills, catering to diverse audiences
