• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and product information.
• Support warehouse activities including picking, packing, and organizing products for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
• Coordinate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient processing of orders.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines within the warehouse environment.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to customer service and warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and order processing.
• Ability to lift and move physical items as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.

This job role starts on a part time basis 8am - 12pm However they do need someone who can be fully flexible and work 40 hours in the companies busy periods
