Are you an ambitious Paraplanner ready to take your career to the next level? Do you want to join a dynamic, Chartered Financial Planning firm that invests in you with structured training and a clear path to becoming an IFA?

A prestigious and forward-thinking financial planning firm in New Malden is seeking a talented Paraplanner to join their collaborative, client-centric team. This is not just another support role — it’s your gateway to an exciting long-term career in wealth management.

What’s in it for you?

  • Career progression: A clear route to becoming a Financial Adviser with full training and support along the way.
  • Ongoing development: Full funding for further qualifications and access to industry-leading tools and resources.
  • Hybrid working: Enjoy flexibility with a balance of office and remote working.
  • Chartered environment: Join a respected and ethical firm committed to high standards and client success.

As a Paraplanner, you will:

  • Collaborate with financial advisers to build tailored, compliant, and client-friendly suitability reports.
  • Research a wide range of financial planning areas, including investments, pensions, protection, and tax strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in client documentation and CRM records.
  • Support advisers with technical insights and contribute to developing best-in-class financial planning solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with evolving regulations and financial products.

What makes you the ideal Paraplanner?

  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner in an independent or wealth management setting.
  • Solid knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and financial planning principles.
  • Strong report writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with FCA compliance and financial software tools.
  • Ideally Diploma qualified (Level 4) or working towards it — with a genuine passion for continuous learning.
