Description
Finance Assistant responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports
- Process invoices, payments, and monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for the finance department
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance team
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines

Job Offer

- Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.
