As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Heading up the tax function, shaping strategy, processes and performance alongside a highly supportive Partner.
• Building and nurturing client relationships across a diverse and modern client base.
• Supporting clients with complex queries and delivering clear, comprehensive tax advisory.
• Leading and developing the team, providing mentoring, guidance and ongoing support.
• Influencing wider business strategy and contributing to the firm’s continued growth and long-term plans.

You will have the following skills and experience:

• CTA qualification preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
• Proven team leadership and development experience
• A motivated, self-starting approach with a passion for innovation and modern tax advisory

Salary and Benefits

Salary - £70,000 +
