Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who have studios spread across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architect to join their team in their Derby offices.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

• Develop concept designs and technical drawings
• Assist with project coordination alongside Senior members of staff
• Work on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Work on planning applications and building regulations
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects

Skills and experience for the role of Architect include:

• ARB registered
• Strong post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience with Masterplanning, urban design and residential projects
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
