Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
  • Support, supervise, and develop junior members of the audit team
  • Review work completed by audit staff and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Assist with technical queries and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
