We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Acoustic Consultant to join an acoustic consultancy based near Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for acoustics to develop their career in a professional and supportive environment. As a Graduate Acoustic Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting noise and vibration surveys.
• Performing noise modelling and analysis.
• Preparing detailed technical reports.
• Managing projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conducting sound insulation testing in accordance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A proactive and organized approach to work.
• A full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).

Your typical day will involve:

• Visiting client sites to carry out noise and vibration surveys.
• Using specialized software to model and analyze noise data.
• Collaborating with clients, architects, and planning consultants to provide practical acoustic solutions.
• Writing comprehensive reports to support planning applications and regulatory compliance.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
