Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Rotating shifts (06:00 – 14:00)

Synergy Plus Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing facility in the Milton Keynes area. This role is ideal for a skilled Production Operative who is confident working within a regulated production environment and maintaining consistently high quality standards.

As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a close-knit production team supporting the efficient manufacture of precision-based products. This is a hands-on Production Operative position requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and experience operating machinery.

Daily tasks will involve handling delicate components, completing visual inspections, and identifying product variations to specification.

• Operating automatic and semi-automatic production machinery safely
• Carrying out detailed quality inspections and identifying defects
• Feeding raw materials into machines and checking quality prior to processing
• Monitoring machine performance and reporting faults
• Completing packaging and labelling tasks accurately
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organised production areas
• Carrying out basic system input and digital record keeping

• Proven experience as a Production Operative in a manufacturing environment
• Previous machine operating experience
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Experience in warehousing or production support is advantageous
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
