The Role

As our Lead Paraplanner, you’ll:

• Manage and mentor a team of four paraplanners, shaping their growth and ensuring top-quality output.
• Handle complex, high-value cases, bringing your Chartered-level expertise to the table.
• Partner with advisers to deliver robust, compliant, and client-focused financial planning.
• Play a key role in enhancing processes and driving efficiency across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered status (or equivalent) with deep technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax & estate planning.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience within a paraplanning or financial planning environment.
• A detail-driven professional who thrives in both technical and people-focused responsibilities.
