Early finish every Friday

An established and highly regarded Independent Financial Adviser firm in Worcestershire is looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join their supportive, professional team.

This is a fully office-based role, ideal for a Paraplanner who enjoys working closely with advisers, values structure and collaboration, and wants to be part of a stable firm that recognises and rewards quality work — including an early finish every Friday.

The Role

You will play a central role in the financial planning process, producing detailed, compliant recommendations and supporting advisers with technical research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
  • Conducting product, fund, and platform research
  • Working closely with advisers to shape client recommendations
  • Ensuring all work meets FCA and compliance requirements
  • Supporting cases from pre-meeting research through to post-meeting recommendations

About You

  • Previous paraplanning experience within an IFA environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Diploma qualified or working towards (preferred)
  • Confident producing clear, accurate, and client-friendly reports
  • Comfortable in a fully office-based role
