Are you an experienced Financial Administrator with a background in an IFA or Wealth Management firm? If so, this opportunity could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join a close-knit, friendly, and social team. You’ll be working in a supportive environment where your contribution is valued, your ideas are heard, and your career development is taken seriously.

This is a fantastic chance to join a highly respected financial planning business that prides itself on delivering a truly personal service to clients.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Hybrid working: Enjoy Mondays and Fridays from home, with office collaboration Tuesday–Thursday.
  • Team culture: Work in a supportive, sociable, and close-knit team environment.
  • Career support: Backed by an approachable and encouraging management team.
  • Reward: Competitive salary up to £32,000 plus a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality technical administration support to Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • Preparing suitability letters and ensuring all client documentation is fully compliant.
  • Managing new business applications and liaising with product providers.
  • Conducting research and supporting the review of existing client arrangements.
  • Handling client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assisting with annual client reviews in line with service standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential: Previous experience working in an IFA or Wealth Management practice.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial products.
  • Confident communicator – comfortable liaising with clients and providers by phone and email.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple caseloads.
  • Experience with Intelligent Office (or similar CRM system) would be a plus.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a busy yet supportive environment, values teamwork, and wants to play an important role in delivering outstanding client service.

To apply, please send your CV and covering email directly to Ryan at Financial Divisions.
