Job Description

This is a financial planning firm built around people, not profit. Its mission is to deliver exceptional client outcomes while creating an environment where advisers can thrive.

As an employed Financial Adviser, you’ll join a progressive, high-growth business that values initiative, accountability, and collaboration. You’ll have the freedom to work flexibly, the support to deliver outstanding advice, and the opportunity to help shape a company that’s redefining what a great planning firm looks like.

Why This Firm?

  • Client-First Culture: Advice is driven by integrity, not sales pressure.
  • Freedom with Responsibility: Manage your diary, work remotely, and take unlimited holidays — measured by results, not hours.
  • Flat Structure: No bureaucracy or layers of management — decisions are fast and collaboration is direct.
  • Career Progression: Clear path to senior planning roles, leadership, and long-term growth incentives.
  • Real Reward: Competitive employed salary with transparent, performance-linked bonuses.

The Role

You’ll provide holistic financial advice to clients across all life stages — from professionals building wealth to retirees seeking long-term security. You’ll manage part of an existing client portfolio while also developing new relationships through referrals, inbound leads, and your own network.

With administrative and paraplanning support behind you, your focus will stay on delivering high-quality advice, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the firm’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning across pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and clarity.
  • Develop new business through proactive engagement, referrals, and networking.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality client service.
  • Contribute to the firm’s development through ideas and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent).
  • Chartered status or progression toward it preferred.
  • Proven experience advising private clients within wealth management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about client service.

What You’ll Receive

  • Salary £65,000 – £85,000 + Bonus (OTE up to £120,000)
  • Flexible / Remote Working Environment
  • Unlimited Holiday – Freedom with Accountability
  • Administrative & Paraplanning Support
  • Dedicated Marketing & Lead Generation Assistance
  • Future Growth-Share / Equity Options

Culture & Values

  • Clients First, Always – every decision starts with the client’s best interests.
  • Fast Hands, Fine Finish – efficient, accurate, and consistent delivery.
  • No Red Tape – simple processes, swift decisions, clear communication.
  • Freedom with Responsibility – autonomy balanced with accountability.
  • Shape It, Don’t Wait For It – initiative and ideas are valued and actioned.

This is a firm for advisers who want to deliver advice the right way — ethically, collaboratively, and without unnecessary barriers.
