Salary: £25,000 + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

Key Responsibilities: - Provide Mortgage Admin support to Mortgage Advisors
- Process mortgage applications and supporting documents
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients
- Maintain accurate client files and internal systems
- Prepare emails, reports and mortgage illustrations
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
- Ensure compliance with FCA and internal procedures
Ideal Candidate: - Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive
- Strong communicator with excellent written skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Previous admin experience helpful but not essential
- Genuine interest in financial services and mortgages
