  • Maintain accurate administrative records

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in sales and administration
  • Confident phone communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving


Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in a rental environment (not mandatory)
  • Customer service background

Technologies:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous, though training will be provided.
